Reliance (Real)

We run things out of room 103 in the Sai Shobha apartment building over in Kalyan. It’s a standard residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the morning until the kids get back from school. We’ve been in this flat for a while now, and it’s become our main hub for everything we do under the Reliance (Real) name. It’s not a huge space, just a few desks and some filing cabinets, but it gets the job done. Kalyan is a busy place, but our little corner in 421 501 is manageable. We don’t have a front desk or a lobby. You just come up to the first floor and we’re right there. Most of our neighbors know us as the quiet ones who are always on the phone or typing away. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t have much use for fancy marketing or big presentations. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same neighborhood. We like it this way because it keeps things personal and honest. No one is wearing a suit here unless they really have to. We’re just regular people trying to make a living and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple setup, and that’s exactly how we like to keep it. We just do the work and stay out of trouble in the building.
