We are located at No. 353 in Royal Palms, right here in Goragaon East Goragaon East. Most of our days are spent checking boxes and making sure the medicine orders are right. It is a bit of a crowded space sometimes because there is always something arriving or being sent out. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical place where we handle the pharmaceutical supplies. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to catch up on all the filing. We deal with a lot of different suppliers to make sure we have what people are looking for. Goragaon East is a busy area so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We mostly focus on getting the right items to the right people without making a fuss. The team here is small and we all do a bit of everything, from lifting crates to typing up invoices on the old computer. It can get dusty with all the cardboard boxes, but that is just part of the job. We try to keep things organized but on busy Mondays, it looks like a bit of a mess for a few hours. That is just how a real business works day to day. We stay until the last delivery is checked and the shutters go down for the night.
