Reliance Life Insurance

We are located in Safalya Chs, over in Gorai-1. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the station, but it’s a decent area. The office is inside the housing society building, so it feels more like a home than a big office. We deal with life insurance stuff here. Mostly it’s just us sitting at desks, handling the paperwork for people in Borivali. It’s not very exciting work, but people need their insurance sorted. We get a lot of local folks coming in to ask about their plans or to update their addresses. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the Mumbai heat. We have a few desks and some old chairs for visitors. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people show up at once. We don't have those big glass walls you see in the movies. It’s just a practical space. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the stalls nearby. The building is quiet during the day because most residents are out at work. We stay until the evening getting the data entered. It’s a simple setup. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just an office where insurance gets handled. We see the same people every month when they come to pay. It’s just a normal part of the neighborhood life.
