You can find Reliance Industries Limited at A-502 in The Goodwill Gardens CHS, located in Sector 8 of Kharghar. Navi Mumbai has grown a lot, and Kharghar is a place with wide roads and plenty of wind. Our office is inside a residential complex, which gives it a very different feel than a downtown commercial tower. It’s a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s comfortable and has everything we need to stay productive throughout the week. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from this desk. There are usually three or four of us here at any given time. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby area. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a very straightforward environment. We spend our time on emails, phone calls, and managing the local data. The view from the fifth floor is nice, especially when the weather is clear. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing posters on the walls. We just have a calendar and a few notes about current projects. It’s a low-key way to work, and it suits us just fine. We like being in a quieter part of the city where we can actually hear ourselves think. We just do our jobs, help each other out when things get busy, and head home when the sun goes down.
