Our small office is over in Dombivli East, right in the Ayodhya B building at room 105. It is a straightforward place where we handle different management tasks for the local area. Being in Dombivli, you get used to the pace of life here, which is always moving but has its own local feel. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people working together to keep things organized. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just the usual chairs, tables, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and trying to solve whatever problems come up during the week. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day to get through everything, but we manage. The building is part of a regular neighborhood, so we see the same faces every day when we go out for tea or lunch. It makes the work feel a bit more personal than it might in a bigger city. Management can mean a lot of things, but for us, it is just about making sure things run smoothly for the people who rely on us. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. The neighborhood is loud sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this part of town.
