Reliance Foundation

We have a spot at Shop No 14 on the ground floor of the Dhootpapeshwar Building. This is on Jagannath Shank Aesthete Road in Girgaon, Mumbai. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Shiv Sena Shakha No 215. Girgaon is a very lively neighborhood, especially during festivals. The building we are in, Dhootpapeshwar, is quite old and has that classic feel to it. Being on the ground floor is good because we get a lot of people just stopping by to ask questions. We are part of the Reliance Foundation, but this specific location is just a small shop setup. It is not a massive headquarters or anything like that. We spend our day talking to people from the community and trying to help out where we can with different programs. The road outside is usually packed with cars and people walking to the station. It gets very noisy in the afternoon. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit. It’s a very simple space. We don’t have any fancy decorations. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we talk to the people at the Shakha across the street. Everyone knows everyone around here. It is just one of those local Girgaon spots where work gets done without much fuss. We’ve been here for a bit now and we just keep our operations running smoothly for the neighborhood.
