Reliance Digital Xpress

Down in Prabhadevi on Old Padra Road, our Xpress store is usually humming with activity. It’s a bit smaller than the massive showrooms, so we focus more on things people can carry out easily. We’ve got a lot of phones, laptops, and smaller accessories like power banks and headphones. It’s a good spot for people who are in a hurry and just need to pick something up on their way somewhere else. We spend our mornings checking the stock and making sure the demo phones are all charged up and working. The street outside is always busy, so we get a lot of people just popping in to see what’s new. It can get a bit cramped when a few groups are in at once, but we manage. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we're just a local electronics shop where you can grab a new charger or look at a tablet. The staff here knows the products pretty well because we spend all day around them. Sometimes we have to deal with tech glitches on our own systems, which can be a headache, but that’s just part of the day. We keep the shelves stocked and the floors swept, and that’s about it. It’s a simple operation for people who need their tech replaced quickly. We like the pace of things here and the mix of people walking through the doors every afternoon.
