We are located at Plot No 37/G/1 in Shivaji Nagar, which is part of the Govandi area in Mumbai. Being in Mumbai means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside the door. Reliance Communications Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of it all. The office is a bit compact, as space is hard to come by in this city. We have our desks pushed pretty close together and there are stacks of boxes in the corners. It’s a busy atmosphere where someone is always talking on the phone or typing away. The humidity can be tough, so we have a few fans going at all times. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or high-end furniture. It’s just a functional room where we get our daily tasks done. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby, which is quick and easy. The commute for most of us involves the local trains, so we are usually a bit tired when we get in, but we start the day with some hot tea and get to it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the operations and making sure things stay on track. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how working in Mumbai goes. We are used to the pace and the way things are here. We just show up and keep things moving as best as we can.
