You can find Reliance Communication Ltd at 49/1061 in the Ekta Cooperative Society. We are located in Azad Nagar No-3, right on Veer Desai Road in Andheri-W, Mumbai-58. It’s a very active neighborhood, as anyone who knows Mumbai can guess. Traffic is always buzzing outside on Veer Desai Road, and there's a lot of noise, but we’re used to it. The society building is older, and our office is just a regular room where we manage local accounts and mobile services. It’s not a shiny corporate tower. We have a counter where people come to ask questions or pay their dues. Sometimes the queue gets long and people get a bit impatient, especially in the heat. We just do our best to move things along. I handle a lot of the filing and customer queries myself. It’s a practical setup. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to push things people don't need. People in Azad Nagar just want their phones to work, and we help with that. It’s a small team here, just regular people working a job. We close up when the work is done and come back the next morning to do it again. It's just about keeping the local connections going in a part of the city that never really stops moving.
