Reliable Auto Spares

We are located down at Charni Road in the Damodar Valji Building. It’s a busy part of the Vakola 24 area near Dr D, and our shop is right in the thick of it. If you walk inside, the first thing you’ll notice is the smell of old rubber and metal. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, packed with all kinds of spare parts for cars. It’s a bit dusty, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find a specific item because things get moved around. We’ve been operating out of this building for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us, and we know most of them too. We don’t have a high-tech system for tracking everything. A lot of it is just in our heads or written down in some old ledgers we keep behind the counter. The floor has seen better days and is stained with oil in a few places, but that’s just part of being an auto shop. We aren't interested in looking like a shiny new dealership. We just want to make sure we have the parts people are looking for. Outside, the street is always loud with traffic and people shouting, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We open up the shutters early in the morning and stay until we’ve helped everyone who came by. It’s just a regular shop where we do our best to stay organized and keep things moving.
