Our shop is located at 98 Abdul Rehman Street in Masjid West. If you know this area, you know it’s always crowded and loud, which is just part of the deal. We’ve been here for years, surrounded by all the hustle of the market. Most of our day is spent dealing with glass and making sure things aren't chipped or scratched before they leave the shop. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us handling the customers who walk in and the orders that come over the phone. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped with all the stock piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit dusty, especially with the street noise and the doors open all day, but that’s just life in Masjid West. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they were walking by or someone told them we had what they needed. We handle the glass carefully because we have to, not because it’s a policy, but because it’s common sense. It’s simple work, really. We open up in the morning, deal with the deliveries, and try to make sure everyone gets what they came for. There’s no big secret to it. We just stay busy and keep things going as best as we can in this busy part of town. It keeps us on our feet.
