Red Compass

Our office is tucked away in Nanddham Industrial Estate, right at Plot No. F 39. Being in Marol Pipeline, Andheri East, means it’s always busy around here. The fire station is just a stone's throw away, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Red Compass isn't some corporate tower; we are right in the middle of the industrial grit. The stairs are a bit narrow and the parking is always a gamble, but we like it here. We spend our days staring at screens or talking through projects in our small meeting room. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We’ve been part of this estate for quite some time now. You’ll see a mix of people coming in and out all day. We try to keep things organized, though with all the paperwork and equipment, it’s a bit of a challenge. It’s a practical space for practical work. We don't do big lunches or fancy events. Usually, we just grab something from the local vendors nearby and get back to it. It’s just a group of us trying to navigate the daily grind in Mumbai. We keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever comes across the desk. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our setup and we make it work every day.
