Recreations Furniture is located down in the basement of Dhiraj Chambers. If you're walking along 16 Murzban Road, you might miss us if you're not looking. The basement isn't the biggest space, but we make it work for everything we have to do. It stays cool down there even when it's hot outside, which is a nice break for everyone. We spend most of our time moving things around and trying to find space for new arrivals. It gets a bit crowded sometimes. There's always sawdust or bits of packing material on the floor no matter how much we sweep. Working at 16 Murzban Road has its ups and downs. The street gets quite busy during the day. Sometimes deliveries are a bit of a headache with the traffic. We’ve been in this building for some time now. People who know the area usually find us okay. It’s not a shiny showroom like the ones in the big malls. It's just a basement where we handle things. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. Just the work being done. Sometimes we have a radio playing in the background while we work. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping the place running. We don't think about it too much. Just getting through the orders and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a plain, honest spot for a business. We like it that way and just keep going.
