You can find us in Flat 103, which is in Building 37 of the Unitech West End Complex. This is out in Virar West, so it is quite a journey if you are coming from the main parts of Thane or Mumbai. Realestate & Infrastructure Consultant is based here in this residential-style complex. The office feels more like a home than a business center, which we actually prefer. We have some filing cabinets in the corner and a large table where we spread out our maps and plans. The windows look out onto the other buildings in the complex. It can get pretty noisy when the kids are out playing in the evening, but during the day it is mostly quiet. We spend a lot of time on our phones or going out to visit different sites around the area. The walk from the station isn't too long, but in the monsoon, it can be a bit of a mess with the rain and the mud. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that gets a lot of use throughout the day. Our setup is very simple. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We handle the consulting work as it comes in, mostly focusing on the local area around Virar. It is a practical office for people who just want to get things done without any unnecessary polish or fancy meetings.
