Our place is in Girgaon, right on the first floor of the Amrut Diamond House. It’s on Tata Road No 1, which is near the old Roxy Cinema. If you know the Opera House area, you know how packed it gets. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a bit of an old-school building but it’s right in the middle of everything. We handle export-import stuff, mostly sitting at our desks and dealing with a lot of phone calls and emails. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and the hallway can be dark, but inside we’ve got everything we need to run things. It gets noisy outside with the traffic and the people, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the work. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and making sure the paperwork for the docks is ready. It's a lot of routine, but every now and then something unexpected happens and we have to scramble. That’s just part of the job. We enjoy being in this part of Mumbai because of the history and the food nearby. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a workspace where we get things done. We focus on our daily tasks and try not to overcomplicate things. It's just a small team of us working hard to keep the business going every day.
