Ravindra Udyog

You can find us in Malad East. The name of the place is Ravindra Udyog. It is one of those areas in Mumbai where everything is crowded and moving fast. We don’t have a very long address, just the area name really. It’s a local business through and through. The space we work in isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a small udyog. There is always noise from the street outside, rickshaws honking and people shouting. We are used to that sound. It would be too quiet without it. Our team is small. We’ve known each other for years. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. If something needs fixing, we fix it ourselves. The office has a couple of old chairs and a big table where we do most of the work. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai. We just want to do our work and keep things running smoothly. Malad East is a good place for us because everything is close by. We know the shops around here and the people who run them. It feels like we are part of the furniture in this neighborhood.
