We are located in Gala No B/45-1 inside the Shukla Compound, which is in Pawan Nagar near the Western Express Highway in Dahisar East. Being so close to the highway is actually quite helpful because it makes it easy for us to find the place every morning and for trucks to get in. The compound is full of different small industries and workshops, so there is always some activity going on nearby. Our unit is a basic industrial gala where we keep our machines and tools. It is not the kind of place that looks impressive from the outside, but it is where all our work happens. We make various metal parts and industrial components here. The air is often filled with the smell of oil and the sound of metal being worked. We have a small group of workers who have been doing this for years. We don't spend much time on marketing or anything like that; we just focus on the orders we have on the bench. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of being in this area. We keep our doors open to let in some air from the compound. It is a very honest and simple way of working. We are just local people running a small industrial unit, trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us.
