Rathod Beads

Rathod Beads is tucked away in Pratiksha Tower on R.S. Nimkar Road. We’re up in 1501/B, so you have to take the lift up. It’s a busy building with a lot of different people coming and going. We’ve been working with beads for a long time, and the place is usually full of small boxes and containers filled with all sorts of different types. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend our days sorting, counting, and packing. It’s quiet work, but it takes a lot of patience. My family has been doing this sort of thing for a while, and it’s just what we know. R.S. Nimkar Road is a lively spot, and once you get downstairs, there’s always something happening. Up here, though, it’s mostly just us and the beads. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to us for years. We aren't interested in being some big fancy supplier; we just want to provide what people need for their projects. It’s a simple life, really. We open up in the morning, handle the orders, and make sure the place is locked up tight at night. It’s a bit cramped with all the stock, but it feels like home to us. We might get a bigger shelf soon.
