Our shop is tucked away in Lad Niwas, specifically at Shop No. 7 on Ardeshir Dady street. If you know the area, you know it’s always busy and a bit crowded with people and handcarts passing by. We’ve been operating out of this space for years. It’s a small place at No. 46, but we make it work for us. Most days it’s just us handling the stock and talking to people who drop in. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. The shelves are usually full of whatever we’re trading at the time. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit near the door, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s an old building, so it has its quirks. We know most of the neighbors on the lane by name. People stop by for a chat or to check on prices. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just buy and sell and try to keep the books balanced. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but the overhead fan does what it can. Shipping things out from this narrow street can be a real headache with the traffic, yet we’ve figured out a rhythm over time. It’s a simple way to earn a living. Nothing too complicated or formal about how we run things. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years, and we appreciate that they keep coming back.
