Rank Infotech Ltd. is located at 11-Saraswati Bhawan on 10 Shamrao Marg. This is right off Lamington Road, which is basically the heart of the electronics world in this part of the country. If you’ve ever been to Lamington Road, you know it’s a maze of shops and people and wires everywhere. Saraswati Bhawan is an older building, and our office on Shamrao Marg is tucked away just enough to escape the worst of the noise, but not all of it. The area is always buzzing. Our office is a bit small, filled with computers and parts and some old wooden furniture that has seen better days. It feels lived-in. We don’t really go for that modern, sleek look you see in the movies. It’s more about having a place where we can actually get things done. The walls have a few scuffs and the lighting is just regular fluorescent tubes. We spend a lot of time just working through tasks at our desks. Sometimes we go downstairs for tea from the local stall and talk to the other shop owners. It’s a tight-knit community in a way, despite the chaos. Working here means being part of the daily hustle of the city. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe some notes pinned up. It’s just a regular office in a very busy part of town. It has been our home base for quite a while now.
