Pioneers Office Automation

You can find us at unit number 3 in the Shubhalaxmi Shopping Centre, located on Rani Sati Marg in Malad East. Pioneers Office Automation is a small operation, and being in a shopping center means we are surrounded by all kinds of other shops and businesses. It is always lively around here with people coming and going. Our shop is filled with various office machines, spare parts, and tools we use for repairs. There is usually a printer or a copier taken apart on the main workbench. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where every screw and cable is. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we are just in our work shirts with ink on our hands from a morning of fixing things. Malad East is a fast-paced area, and people are always in a hurry to get their office equipment fixed so they can get back to work. We do what we can to help them out as quickly as possible. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the foot traffic in the shopping centre, so we spend a lot of time dusting off the machines. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, so the neighbors at the other shops often drop by for a chat or a quick cup of tea. It’s a very local feel, and we like that everyone knows what we do. We just keep our heads down, fix the machines, and make sure everything is working right.
