Raney & Co.

We are located over at 510, Marine Chambers, in New Marine Lines. It is an older building, the kind you probably know if you spend time in this part of the city. We have been working out of this space for quite a few years now. My father actually started things up and I just sort of stayed on and kept it going. We handle a lot of different things, mostly office work and some consulting stuff for people who need it. It gets a bit busy in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. It is definitely not a fancy office, but it works well enough for us. We know most of the other people on this floor by their first names. You can usually find one of us sitting here from ten in the morning until about six, unless someone is out grabbing tea or running an errand. We do not really have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most of the people who come to see us found out about us through word of mouth or they have been coming here for a whole generation. It is quiet enough to get the paperwork done, but you can still hear all the traffic. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There is not much more to it than that.
