Randhawa Const.Co

Out here in Kashipur, we run Randhawa Const.Co. We are based in the IGL A-1 Industrial Area on Bazpur Road. It’s a busy part of Uttarakhand with trucks moving in and out all the time. Our setup is pretty basic because we spend most of our time out in the field. Construction isn't a desk job, anyway. We have some heavy machinery and a small office where we handle the billing and the scheduling. It gets cold here in the winters, which slows things down, but we push through it. We’ve worked on various projects around this area for a long time. People know the Randhawa name around these parts. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our bit here in Kashipur. The office can be a bit dusty from the road, but we don't mind. We talk to our clients directly, usually over a cup of tea. There aren't any layers of management to get through. If there is a problem, we just fix it. We keep our equipment maintained and our workers busy. It's a simple way of running things. We’ve been at this same industrial spot for years now. It’s home for the business. We know the local suppliers and the local roads like the back of our hand. It’s not a glamorous life, but it pays the bills and keeps the guys employed. We just keep our heads down and work.
