We've been here in Mumbai for quite a while now. Ranco Ltd operates out of our office in the 400 070 area code. It’s busy around here, but we manage. People often ask what we do exactly. We handle a lot of different things related to our trade. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The team is small, just a few of us working together to keep things moving. We aren't a big fancy corporation with a lobby. It's more of a practical setup where we get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside being in Maharashtra, but that's just city life. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. It works for us. We know the local area well. When customers call, they usually talk to the same two or three people every time. There’s no complicated phone menu to navigate. We just pick up and talk. The office has seen better days, maybe needs a coat of paint, but it's where we work. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or brochures. We’d rather just focus on the daily tasks. If you are looking for our place, it's right in the heart of Mumbai. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’re still sitting here at the same desks. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy, just honest work. We have coffee every morning, talk about the day’s tasks, and then we just get to it. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just want to finish the list and head home.
