Rama Tools

Rama Tools is located over at 2/358 in the Ashopalav Chs. building. We are on Road No. 19 in Jawahar Nagar, right in Goregaon West. This is where we keep all the tools and where the actual work happens. It’s a typical local spot. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us working with what we have. Most days are spent handling various tools and making sure everything is in order for the people who come by. The shop can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed right here on Road 19. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through bins or checking the edges on the equipment. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it. We don't talk in fancy business terms. If a tool works, it works. If it doesn't, we figure out why. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. Our coffee machine is old and the floor has some scuffs, but the tools are what matter. People from Goregaon know they can just drop in and talk to us directly. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from unloading the trucks to answering the phone when it rings. It’s just how we run things.
