Ram Laminates

You’ll find us at Ram House, which is part of the Gaiwadi Industrial Estate on S.V. Road in Goregaon West. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors. At Ram Laminates, we spend our days surrounded by sheets of laminate and wood products. The warehouse is usually full of the smell of glue and sawdust. It’s a practical environment. We have stacks of material piled high, and we spend a lot of time moving things around to get to what we need. Being in an industrial estate like Gaiwadi means we have a lot of other businesses as neighbors. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people on the block. Our building, Ram House, isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a sturdy place where we can do our work. We deal with carpenters, contractors, and sometimes homeowners who just want to see the patterns for themselves. We don’t use any polished sales pitches. We just show the samples and tell people how much we have in stock. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets to be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s a steady job. We come in, we load the trucks, we organize the racks, and we go home. That’s life for us here in Goregaon.
