You can find us at 3/5 Datta Niwas, which is located in the Devipada area of Borivali East. Mumbai is always a bit crowded, and our neighborhood is no different. We operate from a residential-style building, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office park. We handle a variety of trade-related tasks from this spot. It’s not a huge operation, just a couple of rooms where we get things done. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so we know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. Our desks are usually covered in files and notes because we haven’t quite figured out how to go fully paperless yet. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just care about getting the work finished properly. The walk from the Borivali station can be a bit tiring in the humidity, but it’s just part of the daily routine. We have people who have been coming to us for years because they know they can just walk in and talk to us. We don’t use any corporate scripts or marketing language. We just speak plainly and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a small, honest business and we are happy with how things are. We like the community feel of Devipada and plan to stay here for the long run.
