Rajshri Realty Private Limited is located over in Sector 16. We’ve got a couple of shops, specifically Shop No. 10-12 and 21-22 plus 31, all on the second floor of Plot No. 400. It sounds like a lot of space, but it’s mostly filled with desks and old files. Being on the second floor means we get a good view of the street, but it also means a lot of climbing stairs since the lift is a bit moody sometimes. Sector 16 is a busy place, lots of shops and people moving around all day. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just whitewashed walls and some basic furniture. We spend our days talking to people about flats and commercial shops in the nearby sectors. It’s noisy because of the traffic downstairs, but you get used to it. We don't really go for the polished corporate look because that’s not who we are. We’re just local folks who know this sector inside and out. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. We try to keep things simple for the people who come to see us. Real estate in a place like this is mostly about knowing who is selling and who is buying. We just facilitate that from our little corner on the second floor of this building.
