You can find us at A/603 Shanti Deep in the Sai Satya Complex, located in the Chiku Wadi area of Borivali West. Mumbai is always a loud and crowded place, and this part of Borivali is no different. Our office is up on the sixth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the trees in the complex. Rajesh Builders has been operating from this spot for a while now. The space is filled with blueprints, samples of building materials, and old files stacked in the corners. It is a lived-in office where the tea kettle is almost always on. During the monsoon season, the rain really drums against the windows, which can be quite loud when we are trying to talk on the phone. We spend a lot of time meeting with people or heading out to different sites around the city. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, but we have gotten used to the wait. It is a busy atmosphere with people constantly coming in to discuss projects or drop off documents. Chiku Wadi is a nice enough neighborhood with plenty of shops nearby if we need to grab something quickly. We aren't looking for anything fancy, just a solid place to handle the building business.
