Rajan Moreshwar Kulkarni is just the name on the door here at Flat No 1 in the Gokulam Building, P. We are located right in the Sion Sakinaka area, which is a pretty active part of town. It’s a ground floor spot, so it’s easy enough for people to find us when they are passing through. We have been here for a bit, and the place has its own character. It isn't anything fancy or high-end, just a solid workspace where we get things done. Most of the day is spent handling the usual paperwork and meeting folks who need help. We don't really go for that corporate vibe you see in the big glass buildings. It’s more of a neighborhood spot. The Gokulam Building, P is well-known around here, so usually, we just tell people the building name and they know where to go. Life is busy in Sion Sakinaka, but we keep our head down and stay focused on whatever is on the desk that day. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the office is a mess with papers, but that’s just how we work. It’s a real place with real people behind the name. We like it that way. No need for anything more complicated than a desk and a chair for the daily grind.
