Raj Security

If you ever find yourself on Lamington Road, you probably know how hectic it can get. Our shop, Raj Security, is right in the middle of all that energy. We are at Shop No. 2/3 in the Shree Ganesh Bhuvan, which is part of the Kalpana Building at number 349. Being directly opposite the police station is actually quite helpful for people trying to find us. Lamington Road is famous for all sorts of electronics and gadgets, so we fit right in with our security gear and equipment. The building is an older one, typical for this part of Mumbai, and it has a lot of character. We have two units joined together, giving us a bit more room to breathe and store our stock. Every day is a whirlwind of people asking about cameras or locks. The noise from the street never really stops, but you get used to it after a week or two. I spend a lot of time behind the counter or out on the sidewalk talking to delivery guys. We don't have a fancy showroom; it is more of a practical store where things are stacked on shelves and we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit crowded to an outsider. It’s a family-style vibe here, where we treat the neighbors like friends. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now and it feels like home.
