Rahejas

Our place is in the Shalmali building, part of the Vasant Vihar complex on Pokhran Road 2. It’s a well-known spot in Thane West, and we’ve been operating from 34/604 for a good number of years. We don't call ourselves a big company; we are just the Rahejas, a group of people working on property and local management. The office is really just a room where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with their housing papers. It’s a quiet area, mostly residential, which we like because it keeps things calm. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle with suits and fancy meetings. Usually, you’ll find us in casual clothes, drinking coffee and trying to figure out the latest municipal rules or sorting through some old records. People stop by because they live nearby or they’ve heard we can help them out with local real estate questions. We try to be honest about what can be done and what can't. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck at the government office, and we just have to tell people to wait. It’s frustrating for them and for us too. But that’s how things work around here. We’ve grown up in Thane, so we understand the neighborhood and how the market shifts. It’s a small, family-style operation that focuses on getting things right for the people who trust us with their business. We just take it one day at a time.
