Raheja Group

Our office is located right in the B Wing of Takshila over in Siddheshwar Gardens. If you know the Dhokali area or Kolshet Road, we aren't hard to find at all. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day work of the Raheja Group. It’s a standard residential complex, so the vibe is pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We have a small team sitting in 702, mostly just keeping track of schedules and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage. Thane has changed a lot since we started out, and being here in the West part puts us right in the middle of all the new growth. People often drop by just to ask questions or hand over some papers. We aren't big on flashy office decor; it's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of tea being made. It feels more like a workspace for regular people than a big corporate headquarters. We know the neighbors, and they know us. Working out of a building like Takshila keeps us grounded. It reminds us that at the end of the day, we are just working to help people get what they need with their housing or whatever project is currently on the table. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or complicated talk. There is always someone around if you need to talk.
