RAGHAV CONSTRUCTIONS

RAGHAV CONSTRUCTIONS is tucked away in G/1 of the Jai Ambe CHS. It’s on Shell Colony Road in Chembur, or the 400071 zip code area. We are really close to the Eastern Express Highway, which makes it handy when we need to get to other parts of Mumbai. You can see the Omkar Raaga building nearby, that’s usually what we tell people to look for. The office is on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about, which is nice when we’re carrying stuff. Shell Colony Road is a bit of a mix of residential and small businesses. It gets a bit busy during the mornings. We’ve got a small team here. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in BKC. It’s more of a local vibe. We deal with a lot of paperwork and planning here. The highway noise is just a constant part of life for us. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty because of all the movement outside, but we manage. We aren’t big on fancy talk or big presentations. We just get into the office, check what needs doing for the day, and start on it. It’s practical. Jai Ambe CHS has been our home for a while now. Most of our neighbors are just families going about their business. It’s a grounded place to run RAGHAV CONSTRUCTIONS from, honestly. We usually grab a vada pav from the corner when we're too busy to go for a proper lunch. It keeps us going.
