Radicura Pharmaceuticals

Radicura Pharmaceuticals is based out of Wockhardt Towers in the Bandra Kurla Complex area, though we also have ties to Andheri West. It's a very busy part of the city. Being in the BKC means we are surrounded by a lot of other offices and banks. It’s a professional environment, but we try to keep things grounded in our own office. We deal with medicines and pharmaceutical products. Most of our work involves managing the supply chain and talking to distributors. The office can get pretty hectic with phones ringing and people rushing to meet deadlines. We don't have a lot of fancy art on the walls or anything like that. It's mostly files, charts, and boxes of samples. Sometimes the commute in this part of Mumbai is a nightmare, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small team that knows the industry inside out. We focus on getting the products to the pharmacies and hospitals that need them. We don't spend much time on big presentations; we’d rather just get the paperwork sorted so the trucks can move. It's a straightforward business. We show up, do our jobs, and try to make sure nothing gets stuck in the system. It’s just the daily reality of the pharma world here. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just want to keep the deliveries on schedule and the stock levels right.
