Rabbit Ventures Private Limited

We are up on the fifth floor of Jmj House on Orchard Avenue. Hiranandani is always buzzing, and this street is no exception. Rabbit Ventures Private Limited is the name on our lease, but to us, it’s just the place where we spend most of our waking hours. The elevator in Jmj House is a bit slow sometimes, so we end up waiting around and chatting with people from the other floors. Our office has a view of the street below, which is nice for watching the traffic when you need a mental break. There are about six of us usually. We have a small pantry area where the kettle is always on. It’s not one of those modern, open-plan offices you see in magazines. We have actual walls and a door that sticks a bit if you don't pull it right. The carpets are a little worn near the entrance. We handle various venture projects, which basically means a lot of emails and spreadsheets. Most of the furniture was bought second-hand when we first moved in, so nothing really matches, but it’s comfortable enough. We like the location because everything you need is within walking distance, like the bank or a place to grab a sandwich. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't do anything too fancy, we just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down and the street lights come on in Mumbai.
