Raac Infravision Private Limited is located over in Worli. We’ve got our office, number 61, inside the Municipal Industrial Estate on D.S. Road. It’s right in the Gandhi Nagar area. Working out of an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other businesses and workshops, so there’s always a lot of noise and activity. We focus on infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of logistics and technical planning. Worli is a central spot, which makes it easier for us to get to different parts of Mumbai City. The office itself is pretty basic—just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at various project sites. Infrastructure isn’t exactly a clean job; there’s always mud or dust involved, but we like seeing things actually get built. Sometimes the red tape with city projects can slow us down, but that’s just part of the deal in Mumbai. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just have a small group of people who know how to manage construction and engineering tasks. It’s about making sure the materials are there and the workers have what they need to keep going. We just try to stay organized and get through the list of tasks for the day. It’s steady work that keeps us on our toes.
