Ra Excellent Confections Pvt Ltd

Our place is down in Goregaon West at Shop No B 30, right on the ground floor. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the Os building area. We do confections here. It's mostly just regular stuff, nothing too crazy. We've been at this spot for a bit. The Jogupalya Halasuru area is always busy, so there’s usually a lot of noise outside our door. We spend most of the morning getting the equipment started. It’s a small team, maybe just three or four of us on a normal day. We don't really have a front desk or anyone to answer phones all the time. If we're working on a batch, we're usually in the back. The floor is concrete and we have these old metal shelves for the stock. It’s not like those big corporate places you see in the papers. We just run Ra Excellent Confections out of this little unit. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around. That’s just how it is here. We try to keep things organized but with all the sugar and packaging, it gets messy fast. We just focus on getting the orders out to whoever needs them. It's practical work. No one wears suits here. We just wear aprons and get to it.
