R S Badola & Co is located in the Thakur Complex over in Rajnagar. It’s a pretty busy complex with lots of different businesses around us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We do most of our work right here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for years. Most days we are just busy with the usual paperwork and calls. Rajnagar is a decent place to work. There are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea. We don't do any flashy advertising. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them to come here. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just take the work as it comes and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a practical way of doing things. The office gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the files, but we know where everything is. We just show up every morning and get started on whatever is waiting for us on the desk. Sometimes it gets loud when the neighbors are moving things around, but we just keep working through it.
