R K Trading

If you look for R K Trading, you will find us at 301 Masjid Street. It’s a busy part of the city where everyone is always moving something from one truck to another. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and crates. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the address and our name on the door. The air smells a bit like old cardboard and engine exhaust from the street outside. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we stay until the last delivery is sorted. It is a simple setup with a couple of desks that have seen better years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what came in and what needs to go out. The neighbors are mostly doing the same kind of work, so we all know each other. Sometimes the traffic gets so bad that the delivery vans can't even get close to the door. We just carry things by hand when that happens. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of small details. No one here wears a tie or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for moving stuff around. It is a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we manage to get through the pile of paperwork eventually. That is just how it goes here in this part of town.
