We are set up on Plot No. 5 Road in Rajeev Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right by the Vishal Service Station, which is a big landmark in this area. Our work is pretty specific—we handle car air conditioning. Since the weather here gets so hot and sticky, there is usually a line of cars waiting outside. The shop is basically a garage with some basic tools and a lot of refrigerant cans lying around. It gets very hot inside the workspace, so we usually have a couple of old fans blowing just to keep the air moving. Our clothes are usually stained with grease and grime by the end of the day. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. People usually just stand around or go get a tea nearby while we look at their vehicles. It can be frustrating when we can't find a leak right away, but we just keep poking around until we figure it out. The road outside is dusty and the noise from the service station next door is constant. We just keep our heads down and work on the compressors and blowers. It’s a messy, sweaty job, but it's what we do. We've been at this spot for a few years now and most of the local drivers know to come here.
