Our setup is inside Bhakti Apartment in Borivali West, specifically up in A 1104. It’s a bit of a climb, but we’re here most days helping kids get ready for the NATA and CET exams. If you know anything about architecture entrance tests, you know they can be a real headache with all the drawing and math stuff. We have benches crammed into the room and the walls are covered in old sketches from students who actually passed and moved on. It’s not a big coaching center with hundreds of kids; it’s more like a quiet place where you can actually hear yourself think. We spend hours going over perspective drawings and those tricky aptitude questions that always seem designed to trip people up. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise, but we just ignore it and keep working. Parents come by Sus Road to drop their kids off, and we end up chatting about how competitive everything has become lately. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, one of us just opens the door when the bell rings. It gets pretty intense right before the exam dates. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the late sessions. It’s just about getting the work done so these kids can get into a decent college. We’ve been in this building for a bit, and the neighbors are used to the quiet groups of students coming in and out every afternoon. We always have a stack of extra pencils because somebody always forgets theirs. The whiteboard is usually stained because we use it so much. It's a simple way to help the next group of architects get their start.
