Our place is located in the Nandjyot Industrial Estate, units B-20 and 21. If you know the Safed Pul area on Andheri Kurla Road, you know how the traffic can get. It’s a lively spot to work in. Quaser Electronics has been operating from here for a good amount of time. We have two units side by side, which helps us keep the assembly area separate from where we store all the parts. It’s not a corporate showroom with glass walls. It’s an industrial unit with concrete floors and plenty of workbenches. We mostly deal with electronic assemblies and checking components. The staff here has been with us for quite some time, so everyone knows their role without needing a lot of instructions. There's always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the sensitive stuff covered up. We get a lot of deliveries through the main gate, so there's always a truck or a tempo blocking the way for a bit. It’s just part of the daily grind here in Andheri. We don’t have a marketing department. If someone needs something, they usually just show up or send an email. We focus on the work on the table and making sure things are finished by the time the courier arrives in the evening. We've got a small kettle for making coffee when we're staying late to finish a batch. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and keeps us moving through the week.
