Quaser Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is based at B-20 in the Nandjyot Industrial Estate. We are situated right on the Safed Pul Kurla Andheri Road. It’s a very loud and crowded area, as anyone who lives around here knows. Our unit is one of the older ones in the estate. We’ve kept it pretty much the same over the years. We do a lot of electronics work, mostly focusing on the technical side of things. The workspace is crowded with various machines and testing equipment. It isn't the cleanest place, as there is always some project being worked on and wires get everywhere. We have a small team of technicians who know their stuff. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We have some plastic chairs for when people need to sit down and wait. The tea guy comes around twice a day and we always look forward to that break. The airport isn't far, so you hear the planes overhead all the time. We just get used to it. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the area. We don't do much talking; we just stay at our benches and handle the tasks. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us well. We usually lock up around seven and head home through the Kurla traffic. It’s just a normal job in a busy part of the city.
