Up here at Dhuru Terrace in Dadar West, things stay pretty busy for us at Quartet Thermal Engg. Pvt. Ltd. Being in Dadar means we are right in the heart of Mumbai's old energy. You can hear the trains and the bustle of the markets from not too far away, which gives the place a certain rhythm. Our office is more of a workspace than a showroom. We have stacks of drawings, some old engineering manuals, and a lot of thermal components scattered around the desks. It is the kind of place where you can tell people actually work. We do not have a fancy lobby or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us hunched over a calculation or talking on the phone about a project. We have been in Dhuru Terrace long enough that the elevator knows us by name, or at least it feels that way given how often it gets stuck. The team is a mix of older engineers who know every trick in the book and a few younger people trying to learn the ropes. We don't do much in the way of marketing because most of our work comes from people who have known us for twenty years. It is a practical, slightly cluttered environment where we focus on the engineering side of things and try to stay cool when the Mumbai humidity kicks in during the afternoons.
