We are based out of Raikar Chambers in Govandi East. It's on the sixth floor, unit D-602. Most people know the building because it is quite close to the Jain Temple. If you are coming from that side of Mumbai, it’s not too hard to find us once you get into the rhythm of the traffic. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Some days it gets a bit noisy outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The staff mostly takes the train or rides their bikes to get here in the mornings. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at papers. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer than you’d like. It's a real place with real people working behind the desks. We don't have those big glass walls you see in movies. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of files to organize. If you walk past the temple, you’re almost at our door. We mostly focus on what’s in front of us. Mumbai is a busy place and Govandi East has its own speed. We just try to keep up with everything that needs doing. There is always someone here making sure the records are straight. It's a simple setup but it works for what we do every day. There is no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do the work.
