Qmax Consultant is based in Navi Mumbai. You can find us at A202 in the Dhananjay Apartments, which is located in Sector 9 of Diwa Gaon, Airoli. Our office is essentially a converted apartment space, which gives it a very practical and unpretentious feel. We have our computers set up in the main rooms, and we spend most of our time there. Being in Airoli is convenient because it is well-connected, but the specific area of Diwa Gaon has its own local character. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are a small consultancy focusing on the work we have in front of us. There is no corporate lobby or fancy signage. Most of our day is spent analyzing data or writing reports for the people we work with. The sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing outside or the local vendors, often drift through the windows. It keeps us connected to the real world while we work on technical things. We have a very simple way of doing things here—no long meetings or complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be done, someone just does it.
