New Zevar Collection

Our shop is located at 14/20 Happy House on Baniyan Street in the Pydhonie area. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and busy these lanes get every single day. We have been here at New Zevar Collection for a while, surrounded by other small businesses and the constant noise of the city. The space inside is small but we make it work by stacking things carefully and using every bit of the walls. We mostly deal with different types of jewelry and collections that people like for weddings or daily wear. It is not a high-end boutique with carpets and air conditioning that works all the time. It is a local spot where people walk in off the street to see what we have in the glass cases. Sometimes the lights flicker when the power is unsteady, and we just keep going. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and rearranging the displays so everything looks decent. Dealing with customers in Pydhonie requires a lot of patience because everyone wants to talk for a long time. We do not have a big team of people, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It is a simple life of opening the shutters in the morning and closing them late at night. We just do our work and try to keep the inventory organized in this small corner of Happy House.
