Purohit & Associates

We’re over in Borivali West, specifically in Shimpoli Village. Our office is F-7 in the Ajit Nagar building. It’s a local neighborhood in Mumbai where everyone kind of knows each other. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has become a bit of a second home for us. It’s not a polished corporate space at all. There are stacks of files everywhere and the furniture is a bit older, but it serves its purpose. We spend our days working on various projects, mostly around the suburbs. Being in Borivali makes it easy for us to reach a lot of different areas for site visits. Purohit & Associates is a small team, so we don't have a lot of bureaucracy. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of us directly instead of a machine. We don't have any scripted answers or fancy marketing lines. We just tell it like it is. The building can get a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic and the noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on getting the drawings and the plans done right. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big deadline, and other times we finish early if the work is all caught up. It’s a very human way of running a business. We value the relationships we’ve built in Shimpoli Village and the rest of Mumbai. It’s just a normal office doing normal work for people.
