We are located in the Shradhanand Building on Samuel Street. If you have ever been to Masjid Bunder, especially the Vadgadi area, you know how packed and energetic it is. Our office is at number 202 on the second floor. We spend most of our time managing the online pharmacy side of things, which involves a lot of looking at orders on screens and making sure the physical stock matches up. It is a lot of checking labels and doing paperwork, but it is what we do. The stairs in our building are a little narrow and old, and there is always someone moving heavy goods on the street right outside our entrance. We have been in this spot long enough to know the local tea sellers and the other business owners on the block. Being an online pharmacy means we have to be really careful with our logistics. It isn’t a glamorous job, mostly sitting in a room surrounded by shelves and boxes, but we get the work done every day. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery driver gets stuck in the Masjid Bunder traffic, so we have to adjust. We are just regular people trying to make sure the medicine gets sent out to the right places. We don't have a fancy reception area. It is just a workspace where we focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to stay organized.
